There is no better way to get to know us and to determine if PINE would fit in with your family than to actually come to see us and spend some time on campus! There are lots of ways you can accomplish this and with our myPINE Admission portal, you can not only complete the application process but you can sign up for our events online as well. Here are a few offerings that you may be interested in:
Fall Admission Open Houses
Lower School
Tuesday, October 14, 2025 / 8:30 am
Come learn all about our Lower School (Kindergarten through 4th grade) from academics to arts, clubs to camps. You will have the opportunity to meet with current faculty, students, and families and tour the campus while doing so. This is open to inquiring students and their families from Kindergarten through 4th Grade.
Middle School
Tuesday, October 21, 2025 / 8:30 am
Come learn all about our Middle School (5th through 8th grade) from academics and arts to athletics and student life. You will have the opportunity to meet with current faculty, students, and families and tour the campus while doing so. This is open to inquiring students and their families from 5th through 8th Grade.
Upper School
Tuesday, November 4, 2025 / 8:30 am
Come learn all about our Upper School (9th through 12th grade) from academics and arts to athletics, student life and college guidance. You will have the opportunity to meet with current faculty, students, and families and tour the campus while doing so. This is open to inquiring students and their families from 9th through 12th Grade.
K-2 Readiness Day
Saturday, December 6, 2025 / 9 am
This event is for applicants to our Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade Programs for the 2026-27 School Year. Applications must be completed in order to be included in this event. Rising K, 1 and 2 applicants will spend the morning with members of our Lower School faculty participating in a myriad of early elementary readiness activities. Parents can join our Head of Lower School and Head of School for a presentation about our Lower School program during the evaluation.
Middle School Knight
Tuesday, February 10, 2026 6pm
An evening to learn more about our middle school program for current students moving into 5th grade and admitted students moving into grades 5,6,7 or 8

Upper School Knight
Thursday, February 19, 2026 6pm
An evening to learn more about our upper division for current students moving into 9th grade and admitted students moving into grades 9,10 or 11

Spring Admission Open House
Tuesday, February 24, 2026 9 am
Come join us for a Spring Admission Open House to tour the campus and meet some of our faculty, students and parents in all 3 divisions. There will be no formal presentations during this event; just simply an opportunity to witness a Spring morning at PINE.
Ice Cream Social for Newly Admitted Students & Families (K-12)
Thursday, April 23, 2026 / 5 pm
New students and their families will have the opportunity to meet other new families, faculty and to learn more about the upcoming year as a Knight!

Campus Tours
We hope that you will register for one of our Admission Open Houses listed above, however, sometimes, a personal tour is preferred and we recognize that. Throughout the year (even during the summer or holidays if you are traveling) the Admission Team is happy to schedule personal tours of the campus.
