Head of School's Message

Dear Families,

Thank you for learning about The Pine School as you make an important educational decision for your child.  What you will find as you explore PINE’s virtual space is that we are, at our core, rooted in our mission.  The Pine School is formed and sustained by educators who know that learning it at its best in a close-knit environment built on relationships.  Through community and connection, Pine School students have the opportunity to strive for excellence in all they do - academics, arts and athletics.  What they accomplish - from Kindergarten to graduation and beyond - fills me with pride and shows me what can happen in the lives of children when they know their voices count, that adults around them are listening and encouraging, teaching them how to navigate a complex and changing world.

I invite you to visit our campus so you can get to know us even better.  Again, back to our mission, we promote a learning environment that extends from our classrooms to our natural campus and beyond.  Students at PINE enjoy a beautiful space in which to learn and also gain a sophisticated appreciation for so much of the natural world around them.

There is indeed magic in the mix as it all comes together for our students.  We hope you too will come to know all that makes The Pine School unique - an exceptional education in an extraordinary environment.
