100 Years of Cars

Welcome to the 100 Years of Cars Website!

The Pine School hosted the 11th Annual 100 Years of Cars Show on Saturday, January 13, 2018. This nationally recognized car show features 150 rare collector cars, food, music, and wonderful children’s activities.

Next year’s event is set for Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Over the past 11 years, 100 Years of Cars has raised over $330,000 to help children of active or veteran military personnel attend The Pine School through the Patriot Scholarship.

This year’s Patriot Scholarship recipient is Rhianna Koebe. She comes from Hidden Oaks Middle School, and her father served in the Army in the Vietnam War.  Rhianna is a member of the National Junior Honor Society, Principal's Honor Roll, and is active in Girl Scouts. She enjoys singing in the chorus, and is looking forward to becoming more actively involved in the arts at The Pine School.  In her free time she enjoys competing in equestrian events.

In other news, former Patriot Scholar Ryan Edwards has recently graduated from Wake Forest University, and Chase Hyland is currently attending Northeastern University, and running Cross Country. Patriot Scholars from The Pine School have attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Boston College, Florida State University, Flagler College and Florida Gulf Coast University.
