Continuous Enrollment
Throughout its history, The Pine School has taken great pride in the loyalty of our families. This commitment has always been reflected in our strong annual re-enrollment numbers.
To help make re-enrollment as simple as possible, The Pine School uses a Continuous Enrollment model.
How does this process work?
It’s already done! By completing the enrollment packet when your first came to PINE, you signed Pine’s continuous enrollment contract and indicated that your children will be at The Pine School until graduation or until notified otherwise.
How will I know that my child is officially enrolled for the fall?
The business office will withdraw the enrollment deposit from your Tuition account on March 1. The enrollment deposit is $1,250.00. If you have applied for flexible tuition, your deposit is $275.00. These monies will be applied to your tuition.
How will I know what next year’s tuition will be?
Pine’s Head of School and Board of Trustees will set the tuition schedule and communicate this information to the community before the end of January.
Is there anything that I need to do?
You need to apply for requested Flexible Tuition assistance or update changes to your Tuition management account. If you received flexible tuition dollars previously, you should have received an email with an explanation from the Business Office. Completing the application as soon as possible will expedite the flexible tuition process.
What if my family is moving out of the area or not planning to return in the fall?
You need to submit a written notice of withdrawal to the admission office before February 28.
Continuous Enrollment simplifies the enrollment process, guarantees classroom space for your child and decreases added paperwork and deadlines! Additionally, Continuous Enrollment streamlines the administrative process and provides important information for our admission season and future planning. Thank you for partnering with us!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Who is FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment?
FACTS Grand & Aid Assessment is an independent, third party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. The Pine School receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.
Who decides how much financial aid a family will receive in the Flexible Tuition program?
The Pine School is solely responsible for determining the final aid award. The analysis completed serves as a recommendation only.
If payments are made automatically from my bank account, does that mean The Pine School has direct access to my account?
No. No one other than you and your financial institution has access to your account. When you set up automatic payments, you are solely authorizing an automatic payment.
Is it possible to make changes to the payment plan once it is established?
Yes. Simply contact The Pine School if you would like to make changes. We also recognize that unforeseen circumstances such as the loss of a job, divorce, and death can affect your ability to make your payments. If this occurs, we urge you to contact The Pine School immediately to discuss how your tuition payments can be adjusted.
Are these online transactions secure?
Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. Most checks are manually handled by multiple individuals and include your name, address, phone number, and other financial information which can be easily copied. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank. Any information you share is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.
