This information is not personal in nature and not identifiable and is not linked to identify persons visiting our web site online.

We collect personal information on those students who currently attend our school, have previously attended our school, have applied to our school, families of those students, and other interested parties that have visited our website and filled out online forms on our website or otherwise have opted-in to our information services. The Pine School will not collect any personally identifiable information about you through this site, unless you have provided it voluntarily. The Pine School makes use of your personal information when in the use of online sign-up forms or other related school activities for registration purposes and further contact, to fulfill a request that you have made, to update your school records, or to contact you.
Your Personal Information and Our Administration Software
The Pine School partners directly with FACTS School Management Software. For more information about FACTS, please visit the FACTS website. FACTS is our administration partner as it refers to student admissions, financial payments and other student and family communication tools. Various portions of our web site include outbound external links to the secure FACTS website.
Use of Personal Information
Personal information is used in a variety of ways by the school. These uses include (but are not limited to): electronic communication, website usage tracking, record keeping, profile management, marketing, development solicitation, alumni correspondence, event announcements, and internal research.

The Pine School infrequently shares limited personal information with select companies that provide services directly to the school. These services include (but are not limited to): information processing, customer service, standardized testing, and school surveys. The Pine School reserves the right to share student information with third parties limited to a student's first and last name, and where necessary, a Pine School email address in order to establish web-based educational accounts for classroom use.
The Pine School provides its community members with select personal information of other community members through secure access. The online directory, various athletics and mailing lists, as well as other points of group contact may include basic personal information. Community members should treat this information as proprietary to the school for school-related purposes. This information should not be used for personal gain, should not be resold or transfered to 3rd parties, and should not be used outside the context of a school-related function.
Electronic Transmission of Personal Information
Any communication or material that is transmitted to the school by electronic mail or otherwise, including data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like will be treated as confidential. When using the school's campus network, all communication can be logged and inspected. Users and Visitors to the campus that utilize these information services are all subject to this monitoring.
