The Pine School is an independent, co-educational day school open to students in Kindergarten through grade 12. All applicants go through an extensive interview process with administration and key faculty. Written references are required where appropriate, and all references are checked prior to hire. All new employees are required to have background checks performed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and drug testing is required prior to the start of employment.
Salary and Benefits: The Pine School is committed to attracting and retaining outstanding employees through a compensation plan that compares favorably with independent and public schools regionally. Individual salary levels are competitive and determined by educational background, experience, and merit. A full benefits package includes TIAA/CREF retirement and medical/dental coverage.
