What is re-enrollment?
Re-enrollment is the process by which The Pine School indicates to current students and parents our desire to continue our relationship for the upcoming school year. In order for your child to continue their education with The Pine School, each child must be "re-enrolled" through our online process.
What information do I need to complete online re-enrollment?
All of the personal information for the student(s), parents and household will be pre-populated in the online enrollment packet from the RenWeb database. The financial information for your FACTS Tuition Management account should also be preserved. The materials necessary to complete the Financial Aid application are outlined during the Financial Aid application process itself, but typically includes household financial and income tax information.
Are there any special instructions for families on Flexible Tuition?
The Flexible Tuition application process is part of online re-enrollment and handled by FACTS. At the landing page for online re-enrollment, families who receive Flexible Tuition should select the "Flexible Tuition" re-enrollment packet link. After the online re-enrollment packet is submitted and a FACTS Tuition Payment plan has been selected, you will need to go to FACTS to complete and submit your Flexible Tuition application.
Who is FACTS Tuition Management?
FACTS is the parent company of our school database software (RenWeb) and the industry's leading tuition management and payment processing system. FACTS handles tuition payments for over 6,500 private schools nationwide.
Who is FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment?
FACTS Grand & Aid Assessment is an independent, third party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. The Pine School receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.
Who decides how much financial aid a family will receive in the Flexible Tuition program?
The Pine School is solely responsible for determining the final aid award. The analysis completed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment serves as a recommendation only.
What are my payment options for the re-enrollment deposit?
As part of the online re-enrollment process, you will be able to pay your deposit online via direct debit or credit card using your FACTS account.
If payments are made automatically from my bank account, does that mean FACTS or The Pine School has direct access to my account?
No. No one other than you and your financial institution has access to your account. When you set up automatic payments, you are solely authorizing an automatic payment.
Is it possible to make changes to the payment plan once it is established?
Yes. Simply contact The Pine School if you would like to make changes. We also recognize that unforeseen circumstances such as the loss of a job, divorce, and death can affect your ability to make your payments. If this occurs, we urge you to contact The Pine School immediately to discuss how your tuition payments can be adjusted.
Are these online transactions secure?
Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. Most checks are manually handled by multiple individuals and include your name, address, phone number, and other financial information which can be easily copied. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank. Any information you share with FACTS is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.
What if I have not provided an email address to The Pine School and have never created a RenWeb ParentsWeb account?
Online re-enrollment is handled exclusively through our RenWeb ParentsWeb interface. You must have a working email, and you must have a RenWeb ParentsWeb account created with that email in order to complete Online re-enrollment. If you do not have a login, please visit our RenWeb page and follow the instructions in the ParentsWeb PDF Manual to create your ParentsWeb account.
Will I be able to print a copy of my signed contract for my records?
Yes, you will be able to print everything for your records, and we highly urge you to do so. You can print at the end of the re-enrollment process, or at any time afterwards while the re-enrollment period is open.
Will all parents/guardians receive a re-enrollment email?
The default is that the custodial mother of the currently enrolled family will receive the email to complete online re-enrollment (for separated/divorced parents, the financially responsible parent will get the email for the enrollment packet). Please note that both parent electronic signatures are required to re-enroll.
How are re-enrollment contracts handled for families with joint custody, divorces, remarriages, or similar scenarios?
In cases of families with joint custody, divorces, remarriages or similar scenarios, each family should have their own separate parent account and log in information. The parent responsible for payment of tuition is the parent who should complete the re-enrollment packet. It is the responsibility of the parents to communicate with each other to complete the re-enrollment contract and to both digitally sign the enrollment packet. I forgot my username and/or password – what should I do?
You will have to reset your password using RenWeb ParentsWeb. Please click the "Forgot Username/Password" link at the ParentsWeb login screen.
After you submit your request, please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. The most common reasons that parents don’t receive their reset email are due to spam filters on their email accounts. Be sure to set your spam filters to allow all email communications from reweb.com and thepineschool.org so messages do not get marked as spam and also check your spam folder to see if your message was redirected there.
